I have a promotion or discount code, where do I enter it for my discount?
In the shopping cart, you will see a box labeled "Discount Code." This is where you enter your code. You must click the "Apply" button for the discount to be made to your order.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will gladly offer a refund, replacement or exchange. Orders can be returned in store or shipped back to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact us before returning items at 1-866-542-7605 to help resolve any issues.
How do I cancel my order?
Reply to your online order receipt and request a cancellation. You can also e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our toll free number at 1-866-542-7605. But don’t wait too long to cancel. Orders that have already been shipped cannot not be canceled.
Why was I charged sales Tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to Texas. Sales tax is applied to both the merchandise and shipping totals.
Do you handle corporate orders?
Of course! We can handle your corporate order though our website or feel free to call us at 972-542-7602 or toll free 1-866-542-7605. We will always do our best to accommodate our customers.
Can I add candy to a gift box? How much candy can I add?
You can add as much candy as you would like to a gift box. We do not believe you can add too much candy to a gift box! Candy makes our gift boxes really explode with excitement! – Candy cannot be added to the gift tins.
Can I order more than one flavor of popcorn to a popcorn tin?
All of our popcorn tins, except the one gallon tins, can include up to three flavors of popcorn!
My order is a gift. Can I add a personal message to the recipient?
Yes, we love making gifts extra special! You can add a gift message in the shopping cart after you enter your shipping and billing information. A gift message can be added for each item or to the whole order.
Is it secure to enter my credit card information into your website?
Yes! Our secure software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

- Approximate cups per bag:
Snack – 4 cups
Small – 14 cups
Medium – 40 cups, similar to a 2 gallon tin
Large – 60 cups, similar to a 3 ½ gallon tin
X- Large – 120 cups, similar to a 6 ½ gallon tin
Party Bag – 20 gallons of popcorn or 320 cups ( Buttery flavor only )
- Gift boxes – 3 small bags or 42 cups
Snack Gift Boxes – 4-8 cups, 1 or 2 snack bags
How do you make your popcorn?
We can’t give away all of our secrets, however, our popcorn is made fresh daily using only natural and real ingredients. We pop our corn in Coconut oil for the best flavor possible.
Are your peanut butter popcorns safe to eat?
MOM and POPcorn does not purchase or use any peanut butter from the Peanut Butter Corporation of America or the King Nut Company. All of our products are safe to consume.
How can I keep my popcorn fresh?
Here are some recommendations to help extend your popcorn’s freshness:
- –Do not open the package until you are ready to eat it.
- –Do not leave the popcorn in extreme weather conditions for long periods of time, including leaving it in the car or outside.
- –Once opened, store popcorn in an airtight container at room temperature. (Our popcorn tins work perfect!)
- –Popcorn will stay fresh in our bags for over 3-4 weeks. Tins for over 3 months.
Who is your shipping carrier?
All MOM and POPcorn orders are shipped via UPS Ground service. We e-mail all tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
How fast can I expect my order?
We manage to ship 99% of our orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Larger orders may take more time. Most orders received before 4pm Central Time are shipped the same day. We pride ourselves on getting all orders out in a very timely matter. It’s our pet peeve! – If for any reason an order is delayed or needs more time, we will contact you. You can use the UPS shipping map to see approximately how many days it will be in transit. Shipping is from McKinney Texas 75069.
How much does shipping cost?
We work with UPS to get the lowest rates possible. To find out how much shipping will cost just use the handy dandy shipping calculator in the shopping cart on our web site. Just enter your destination zip code and an estimate of shipping costs will appear.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship outside of the United States. We want our popcorn to arrive fresh and we can not guarantee that it will live up to our highest quality standards if it is shipped these distances.
Can you ship to my P.O. Box?
We use the United States Postal Service to ship to your PO Box. We ship Priority Mail when using USPS. Additional charges may apply.

Is your popcorn gluten free? What about peanut allergies?
Our popcorn is absolutely gluten free.
We DO manufacturer our products in a facility that uses soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and milk. We cannot guarantee that there will not be cross contamination during our cooking or processing.
